Company Policies
Grading
Tests are graded online and results presented on the computer
screen.
A minimum of 70% score in the final examination is required to complete the course.
After succefful completion of the course, a completion certificate is made available online.
Payment
Payment is due after you pass the test. We accept credit card
payment from our web site-- Home Page. You can also pay by mailing us a check (payable
to Web CPE) to:

Refund
The company does not require any payment prior to completing a course.
If the customer is not satisfied with a course and provides a satisfactory reason, then he or
she does not have to pay. The company puts high value on customer satisfaction and
so far has not received any refusal to pay or request for refund.
Program/Course Cancellation
If the company decides to cancel a course, a 30-day advance notice will be
posted on the Internet.

Web CPE, Inc. develops courses
on
authoritative books and online materials. When new revisions of the course materials are published, the questionnaires
are reviewed and updated.
