Company Policies
Grading Policy
A minimum of 70% score is required to pass the final test.
Tests are graded online immediately after submission, and results are displayed on the screen.
After successful completion of the course, a completion certificate is made available online.
Payment Policy
Payment is due after you pass the test. We accept credit card
payment through Paypal from our web site. You can also pay by mailing us a check (payable
to Web CPE) to:

Refund Policy
The customer is not required to pay prior to completing a course.
If a customer, after completing a course, is not satisfied and provides a satisfactory reason, the company waives the charge.
If a customer, after making the payment, demands a refund giving a good reason, the company will refund the money in five business days.
Program/Course Cancellation Policy
The company provides a 30-day advance notice before canceling a course and keeps the course
available to those customers, who have started but not completed the course, for a period of six months.

The company management contacts the customer and resolves the issue within five working days.
Course Update Policy
The company develops courses on books and online materials on subject
matters approved by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). Courses are updated when revisions of course materials are published.
Record Retention Policy
The company retains all program documentations and participants' test results and course evaluations for
a period of five years at:
