This course provides a comprehensive knowledge of tax deductions available to professionals,
such as lawyers, accountants, dentists, and doctors. It also covers recent tax laws, pros and cons of different forms
of business entity and their tax treatments available to professional practices. The course also addresses retirement
plans, tax treatments of employees and independent contractors, amending tax returns, audit issues, and record keeping.
Many examples are provided in the course material to explain the learning points. After completing this course a
participant will learn how to deduct:
