Program outline:
The course addresses most common IRS problems taxpayers confront. It describes recent IRS restructuring and how that
affects the taxpayers. Delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, and the IRS collection process are discussed in detail.
The course covers computerized notices, face-to-face audits, and fraud penalties. It shows how to resolve the "My Word
against Yours" dispute. There is a good discussion on how the IRS selects returns for auditing. The course provides
techniques on how to audit-proof and penalty-proof tax returns. There is a special section on small business tax problems
and how to deal with them. The course also covers how to obtain innocent spouse relief. Appropriate tax codes, tax forms,
